All orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses only. All orders must be pre-paid unless other payment terms are pre-arranged with approved credit. Michigan resident orders are subject to a 6% sales tax.
Michigan re-sellers and businesses: All customers located in Michigan will be charged 6% sales tax unless,
prior to purchase, your account has been set up as tax exempt in our system. A Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form 3372) and a copy of your resale tax license are required for tax exempt account verification.
